Here we go:As of today, all the track is painted a 'rust' colour, and the table top has been cleared and vacuumed ready for the back scene to be repainted a lighter shade of blue and the ballast (little rocks) to be applied to the track. Michelle's operation went well, and we'll be home very soon.Dr Lim took the lower two impacted wisdom teeth out, and managed to redirect the errant upstairs one. On the other side, where Michelle has no teeth but some steel plates, they removed the plates and did some inspections preparatory to her next operation, a bone graft in that area, in 2-3 months.

We farewelled the motorbike for the second time the other day.After selling it on ebay, the buyer suggested we had ripped him off. It was sold in good faith but given the nature of his complaint we bought it back. It's not that far from Shellharbour to Sydney, but it seems that everyone in Sydney thinks Shellharbour is at the other end of the universe. A case in point: Glenn's dad brought a jerry can of fuel with him. (Fuel in Shellharbour is priced better than many parts of Sydney!)

Just got back from The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. Michelle wasn't that impressed. I cried all the way through. Yeh, they've changed things, but I think it showed remarkable fidelity to Lewis's text and resisted (despite being co-backed by Disney) the new-agey claptrap that I was expecting.

It's another warm day with very little wind to brin in the cool air from the coast. But one of our asiatic lillies (purachased in the Boys Inc fundraiser) is out and looking pretty in pink.The baby has moved downwards and so we guess that means she is getting ready to come and greet the world.
